Thank God for a principal such as the current principle we now have. The school has great potential. We are very satisfied with the teachers and the curriculum. They offer a variety of activities where children can express their hidden talents. I would recommend this school if you are looking for a small family environment where both principal and teachers are willing to raise the bar. The PTA in 2007 - 2008 also did a wonderful job.

Grace Lutheran Day School is excellent. The pastor, principal and staff are so dedicated and caring. The discipline is very good and I feel safe having my child there. The Before and After School Program makes life easy for me since I am a working Mom. My child has improved academically since he started attending Grace. He became more disciplined, responsible and focused. The Christian values that are taught really plays an important role in his moral and social development. His teacher shows great concern and keeps me informed as to how he is doing so that I am better able to help him progress. The new principal is very organized, warm, approachable and so humble even though she is so professional. I am really pleased at the positive direction Grace is heading due to new management.

PS 34 is a great school. I have two children that attend this school. a fouth grader and my youngest is in pre-k. My fourth grader came from a different school, where she was doing very poorly. Within one year she went from failing marks in the second grade to getting grades in the high 3 percentile on her statewide exams. Even there pre-k is great. My 4yr old used to attend a private school and there is no difference in the curriculum. The principal truly cares and the teachers push hard. Making this school a wonder environment. The PTA executive board is really involved as well.
