Real Estate sure has changed since I started selling homes in the early 1970's.  We had rotary telephones, no copy machines (how many times did I put the carbon paper in wrong when writing a binder?).  There were no fax machines, cell phones or the internet.

I love technology!  It took us hours to prepare a market evaluation.  Now it can be done in a few minutes, we even have something called a "Cyber CMA".
